• Head downstairs past the wall sign that says Sector 0.
• Continue further down to the lower levels, where you'll see the "Keep Donors Sedated" graffiti above a doorway. You can open it by using your Technical Ability 20 stat.
• In the next chamber, you'll see a furnace with several corpses scattered around. You can pick up the Errata from the furnace.
